Lower body training (RPB)

Training in the dungeon with some very mordacious individuals muhahaha. I'm talking about Gijs and Frank of course. I hate puking, I paid good money for that food...

Deadlifts:

6x70 kg
6x120 kg
5x150 kg
4x170 kg
1x190 kg - puked
5x190 kg - puked
4x200 kg - puked

Full olympic squats:

8x60 kg
8x100 kg
8x120 kg
6x130 kg
6x150 kg
4x160 kg
3x3x170 kg - horrible pain in my right calf

Glute ham raises:

8xBW
2x9xBW + mini bands
10xBW + mini bands

Lying leg raises:

12xBW
4x8xBW + mini bands
